The store has just about everything that you need for any event. I did find that some of the items are a bit more expensive here than other locations, but my theory is you pay extra for the convenience of being able to buy everything in one spot. As opposed to going to multiple stores. The staff is very friendly and the store is very well organized and clean. Actually this location is a lot cleaner than any others that I've been to before

Friendly service I wish I could get her name. Skinny blond blue eyes. Love the was very attentive also told me to take my time to select and help me to decide what to pick for the ocasion. Everyone was friendly hard to get theses days.

The staff is always super helpful and sweet no matter how busy they are. I always find what I need and I am super impressed with how long the balloons stay up.

The staff here were very friendly. I needed balloons filled that I had with me and did not purchase with them. It was more expensive than I thought it would be, however it was worth it. I completely underestimated the size of the balloons and quickly regretted not bringing a bigger car!

I had a very bad experience with a terrible attention from the girl, she is a young Chinese woman who treated us super badly, throwing things away, talking to us badly, and making a bad face, very bad attention you can see that she hates her work!

Customer service at this location is superb. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. It was windy and I lost one of my balloons and they were so kind and gracious to me. Come here for your party needs!

I just left Party City in York and want to let Liz know that I really appreciated her help! She was really patient and kind, made some great suggestions, and was a pleasure to spend a few minutes with! There were two men who seemed to work there, but weren’t in uniform, talking about theft at the store, how long it takes corporate to respond to tickets, etc that wasn’t the greatest to hear, though.
